White chocolate mousse and strawberry coulis

A perfect recipe for this summer, the mild drizzle white chocolate with a delicious strawberry sauce.

| To 6 glasses | Preparation 20 min. | Wait 60 min

ingredients

Mousse:
100g white chocolate
2 egg whites and 2 yolks
50g caster sugar
30g butter

Grout for Strawberry:
200g fresh strawberries

White Chocolate Mousse:
Melt in a bain-marie white chocolate broken into pieces and add butter.

Go up the egg whites until stiff and as soon as they are mounted, add the sugar.

Mix vigorously yellow chocolate, then fold in whites.

Fill your glasses and leave to cool at least 1 hour.

With strawberry coulis:
Mix your strawberries and refrigerate.
Collect your glasses by the grout.
