Samsung's new complaint against Apple in the U.S.

Samsung Electronics has filed a new complaint Thursday calling for a ban on imports of mobile devices from Apple in the U.S., latest episode of the war patents that contrasts the two groups.

The complaint, filed with the International Trade Commission (ITC) U.S., states that the iPhone smartphone, MP3 player and iPod iPad tablet group to break Apple's patent five South Korean group.

It follows another lawsuit, also for breach of industrial property rights, launched Wednesday from a federal court in Delaware.

The two giants of consumer electronics are waging a fierce battle in the courts of several countries accusing each other of plagiarism.

Both companies, however, also maintain close relations. Samsung provides particular group in Cupertino chips for its aircraft, which has reported nearly $ 5.7 billion last year.
